Due to the perishable nature of our products, no returns are accepted.

Refunds 
In Estrellitas y Algo Mas, we are proudly commitment to quality, customer service, and the beauty of all our products. Therefore, refunds are only provided in extremely rare situations on which the service provider is unable to meet the minimum commitments related to the core service (i.e. flower arrangements) agreed upon the purchase. For such situations, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty (20) business days.
