Shipping policy

Shipping is only available to certain municipalities in Puerto Rico (primarily, Metro Area) for orders over $50.

Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a desired delivery date and time range of not less than four (4) hours (typically referred to as "AM" or "PM").

In Estrellitas y Algo Mas, we do our best to meet our customer expectations. However actual delivery timing will be based on best effort and availability of carrier resources and subject to unexpected events. Additional restrictions may apply during special events and orders with same-day delivery.

In case a delivery cannot be fulfilled successfully due to unavailability of the recipient, the customer must coordinate pick-up by contacting the store directly at (787)768-0425. No refunds will be provided for such missed delivery attempts.
